Dutchess Ms. Daisy Wilbur Mollee Sebastian Tillee Hope

Puppies

Rescue Oliver Audree Special Mention Orville

Many People visiting this web site, have the mistaken idea that I have puppies for sale. For me, I'd rather try to save as many of the millions of puppies, dogs, cats, kittens, etc. that are already housing in the hundreds of shelters across the Nation, and in the filthy, and inhumane conditions of the thousands of Puppy Mills across the lands.
I am not qualified to produce healthy happy puppies. I would rather leave that up to the experts, that actually know what they are doing. If you are seeking a new dog/puppy, I encourage you to visit PetFinder.Com, or locate a well respected breeder in your area. Research, Research, Research!!!!!

To me, there is nothing more precious than an American Cocker Spaniel! They have  such sweet dispositions, are easy to train, eager to please, and absolutely Gorgeous!  Cockers come in a variety of Colors, but I have a special love for Blondes! I also adore Reds, Parti Buffs, and Chocolates!

Dutchess was my first Cocker Spaniel. I Fell in Love with her the Very Moment I  saw her Beautiful Little Freckled Face! I loved her more than anything. She left me 5/1/ 2002, and she took a part of my heart with her. Please visit her at Rainbow Bridge.

Ms. Daisy came to us when she was no longer wanted by her previous owner. We have know idea why she wasn't wanted, because she was an angel in every way. And totally adogable too! We never knew her age, but we do know she was the sweetest baby anyone could ever want. She died peacefully in her sleep, Oct. 31, 2002. My heart was broken, yet again!

Wilbur, our Beautiful Parti Boy was born Aug 13, 2002,  we adopted him on Nov 9, 2002.  Mollee, our  sweet dainty Buff & White Parti  girl,  was born  Oct. 21, 2002 , we adopted her Dec 14, 2002 . Can you say Handful?? LOL

To our dismay,  Wilbur and Mollee became the proud parents of 7 babies on August 20, 2003. Although it was a surprise, and a totally unwanted and unexpected pregnancy, we decided to make the best of it.  I allowed a local
Cocker Spaniel Rescue to place the babies, and let them keep most of the money for each adoption of the babies they placed.

Since then, both Wilbur and Mollee have been spayed and Neutered. And I encourage any responsible animal owner to please have your pets spayed or neutered. We don't need anymore puppies or kittens. As cute as they are, there are not enough homes for all of them. and far too many needing homes at this very moment.

We did keep two of the babies, and they were altered 1 week shy of being 6 months old.

I no longer use language that accepts the current concept of animals as property, commodities and/or things. Rather than refer to myself and others as "owners" of animals, I now refer to myself and others as "guardians" of our animal companions and to animals as "he" or "she" rather than "it". I urge you to do the same.
