There Have been many special people in my
life, that without them, my life would have been difficult to the extreme!
My Groomer, and one of my Dearest Friends,
Melissa is the first that comes to mind.
She has never let me down when I needed her
most.
It's because of her, and her special love
of animals that she has helped me on more than one occasion to save not only
cocker spaniels, but other breeds, such as Pit Bulls, that would have otherwise
been put down.
Melissa adopted Isabel, a 3 legged puppy,
and kept her until situations made it clear that Isabel would be happier with
another family that could give her the added attention she needed because of her
special needs.
Then there was Tucker. Someone left him at
her shop, and Melissa, instead of taking him to the shelter, she sought help
in finding a rescue so he would be safe.
Of course I must mention that Melissa is
the worlds Best Groomer, and I could never think of going to anyone else. Her
strong and firm, but gentle hand lets the dogs, and cats know she is boss in her
shop. I have watched Melissa groom many animals and have never witnessed
anything but respect for the animals, all the while letting them know She is in
control, and Boss of her shop.
My dogs absolutely Love Melissa, and her
whole family, especially her 2 children Chase, and Anna.
