Meet Our First Official Rescue Baby! Hope (aka Spice) came to us
November 5, 2006. She was a throw away, in an Ohio Shelter. Hope is almost
totally Blind, has bad burns (maybe Chemical) on her Hind Quarters, and has many other Cocker
related issues. But you couldn't ask for a more lovable sweetheart if you were
to build one from scratch. She is great with our other cocker kids, and loves to
play. The vets estimate her age to be around 7, but I would guess her to be much
younger. Hope is a tiny petite, Sassy Little Lady! I'm so glad we were able to save this
darling from her death sentence!
There are literally thousands more fur kids on death row, just waiting for a furever Home. Please, before "buying" a new puppy from an ad in the Newspaper, or, God Forbid, a Pet Store, think about saving a Life by searching the Internet for a Rescue Organization of your favorite Breed!
Keep in mind that many rescues are willing to adopt out of State, to a Loving Family willing to save a life!
